PLOT SUMMARY

All that 35-year-old Christopher cares about in life is keeping his nose clean at the office, spending time with his adorable mother and finding a woman to share his dreams with. Unlucky in love so far, he hasn’t given up on finding his dream girl but a series of misunderstandings, misfortunes and missed opportunities don't help him in his quest. New receptionist Jennifer seems ideal but is involved with someone else. Femme Fatale Linda has her eyes on Christopher but she's just not his type. All his prayers seem to be answered when he meets Sophie at a wedding, but hopes are quickly dashed when he discovers her age. Christopher sometimes wants to give up on love completely, but is there a chance, just a chance, that things will work out for him in the end?

CHRISTOPHER LONESOME premiered at the theatre at Leeds Grammar School in Leeds on November 18^th 2002.
